Schedulers & Dispatchers Scholarship

The NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee is dedicated to promoting education and training as a means for individuals to increase the professionalism of their positions. To further this objective, NBAA created the Schedulers & Dispatchers Scholarship Fund in conjunction with several sponsors, each donating $5,000: ExxonMobil Aviation and the Avitats, Signature Flight Support, Universal Weather and Aviation Inc., Chevron Global Aviation, Air BP Aviation Services, Jeppesen DataPlan and AC-U-KWIK.
Scholarship recipients will be announced at the NBAA 21st Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, which will be held from January 27 to 29, 2010, in San Antonio, TX. Funds may be awarded for amounts up to $10,000 per applicant. The scholarship will be redeemable under the conditions established by NBAA and its sponsors. Scholarship recipients must complete all professional/educational training by February 1, 2012, or risk forfeit of the award. NBAA scholarship applicants are limited to receiving one award per person, per year.
